About this investor
Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) is Macquarie Group's asset management business. It reports A$722.1 billion of assets under management and more than 190 real assets and real estate portfolio companies, both as at 31 March 2026. [1][3]
This directory maps 25 selected portfolio businesses and platforms, including UK infrastructure and seven international businesses. Most investments sit in funds managed for clients, including pension funds and insurers. A fund's holding, a consortium's combined stake and Macquarie Group's own corporate ownership are different things. The cards retain the source's dates and percentage definitions. PLP's platform investment is separate from the Astley property venture. Roadchef's restaurant and coffee partnerships do not establish ownership of McDonald's, Costa, LEON or Pret worldwide. [2][4][5][6]
Each card names the entity invested in. Linked companies and brands can sit below that entity. Stakes use the source’s definition and date; disclosures are selected and do not give a complete portfolio or investor register. Read the investor methodology.
