The acquisition completed on 27 September 2019; Macquarie announced it on 30 September. The 2025 accounts name Luxembourg-incorporated MEIF6 SCSp as the ultimate controlling parent. The Holdco register at 24 July 2026 shows MEIF 6 Parker Investments SARL holding all voting A shares. Non-voting B, C and preference shares linked to the management incentive plan are registered to Zedra Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited, with different distribution rights. The report's description of 100% fund ownership is not treated as a complete economic percentage across these classes. MAM manages the investment; this is not a direct Macquarie Group corporate stake. Aviator Hotel (Farnborough) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary in the airport reporting group. Farnborough International, the airshow organiser, is owned by ADS Group. Gulfstream, Dassault, FlightSafety and TAG Global Training are airport residents; they are not established as airport-owned brands. The registered London office differs from the reporting group's Farnborough headquarters. The dated chain does not establish every upstream investor in MEIF6. [1][3][4][7][12][13][14][10]

03 / The figures, with context

What does it report in UK tax?

The 2025 accounts report £6,795,349 in income taxes paid by the UK airport and hotel group. All group companies operate in the UK. This cash payment differs from the £4,897,860 current-tax charge and the £1,629,802 total accounting tax credit after deferred tax. The June 2026 trading update provides no newer cash-tax figure.

Note 19 reports £6,795,349 of income taxes paid. Note 3 states that all group companies operate in the UK and note 12 lists the UK subsidiaries. This includes the airport and Aviator hotel group; it is not the airport operator's standalone payment or the worldwide fund's tax. The 2026 mid-year update discloses no newer cash-tax figure. Note 8: £5,924,947 current-year UK corporation tax less a £1,027,087 prior-period adjustment. A separate £6,527,662 deferred-tax credit produces a total accounting tax credit of £1,629,802. That credit is not a cash refund and does not replace the cash-tax-paid figure. [3]
