About this investor

Frasers Group combines owned retail businesses and label/IP interests with consumer finance, property and strategic investments in other listed companies. Sports Direct, FLANNELS, House of Fraser, Evans, GAME UK and Jack Wills have different operating scopes from its minority investments in ASOS, AO, Debenhams, THG, HUGO BOSS, Mulberry and Accent. [1][2][3]

This selected portfolio retains the date and definition of each stake. Subsidiary issued-share interests are distinct from trademark territories, international licensees, property tenants and stocked brands. The Webster is 80% in the named US operating entity. Harvey Nichols is a completed retail asset/business acquisition by a wholly owned group operator. Listed-share voting figures and financial instruments are not combined into a single equity percentage. Existing Mulberry records retain the issuer's 37.00% observation at 28 March 2026; Frasers' later report gives a separately dated rounded 37.1% at 26 April. [1][6]

Each card names the entity invested in. Linked companies and brands can sit below that entity. Stakes use the source’s definition and date; disclosures are selected and do not give a complete portfolio or investor register. Read the investor methodology.

Frasers Group Trading Limited · acquired Harvey Nichols retail operations

Wholly owned acquiring operator · UK retail asset/business purchase

Retail acquisition completed ·

The administrators confirm a completed business and asset sale on 13 August 2026 to Frasers Group Trading Limited, a wholly owned Frasers subsidiary. This is not a purchase of all shares in the old insolvent Harvey Nichols companies. The OXO Tower restaurant business went separately to Fallow Media Limited. Franchise rights do not establish ownership of international franchisee companies. The equity relationship is full ownership of the acquiring operator. The acquired Harvey Nichols business/assets are not shares in the insolvent former companies.

Former holdings & portfolio changes
  • HUGO BOSS

Frasers' precise announcement corroborates 47.89% shares and voting rights at 18 August 2026. Its voluntary offer completed in September; exceeding 50% remained an intention and a completed majority acquisition was not verified. [3][4]

  • Accent Group offer

The offer for remaining Accent shares was extended to 29 January 2027. The dated 22.90% voting-power observation is retained; the offer is not shown as a completed acquisition. [5]

  • Harvey Nichols

The administrators confirm completion on 13 August 2026: six UK stores, e-commerce and international franchise rights passed to Frasers Group Trading. The OXO Tower restaurant business was sold separately to Fallow Media. The acquisition does not mean ownership of shares in every former company or international franchisee. [6]

  • Former brands and retail scopes

Missguided's brand was sold to SHEIN in October 2023, and the specified Dunlop sports/licensing sale completed in April 2017. The FY2026 report says plans to use Matches IP were discontinued and fully impaired; impairment does not prove a sale. GAME Spain was sold, and Sports Direct Malaysia moved to a royalty relationship after ownership disposal. [7][8][1]

  • Currys and Puma exposures

Frasers' FY2025 report records the Currys disposal; no current Frasers holding is added. PUMA's corrected April notification reported zero share votes and put instruments. A September option expiry and unverified subsequent exercise prevent a current equity inference. PUMA separately confirmed ANTA's 29.06% acquisition on 7 October 2026. [9][10][11]

  • Debenhams / Nasty Gal

Debenhams Group remains the trading name of boohoo group plc. Its Nasty Gal brand and global IP sale to WSG Brands completed on 15 September 2026; Nasty Gal is excluded from current group aliases. [12]

  • Property investments

The report records Braehead acquisition on 20 November 2025 and Swindon Designer Outlet on 9 December 2025 as investment-property purchases. York and East Midlands outlets followed on 29 April 2026, with the Antrim and Banbridge outlets on 29 May. Frasers Plus destination branding does not identify the legal owner of every property, and tenants retain their own owners. [1]
