The current company page reports Peel Group 37.6%, AustralianSuper 32.4% and Lemon 2021 Ltd, jointly owned by APG and GIP, 30%. The combined vehicle’s 30% is not a verified individual GIP stake. Port users, cargo owners and shipping customers have separate owners. The 13 October 2026 review distinguishes the UK operating group, Peel Ports Group Limited, from its Cayman Islands immediate parent, Peel Ports Holdings (CI) Limited, identified in the 31 March 2025 accounts. Peel's 37.6% is a minority holding; the 30% Lemon vehicle is not a separately verified 30% GIP or 15%-each allocation. BG Freight Line is a full subsidiary of the ports group, while Peel's own interest in that group remains partial. Great Yarmouth is now branded Port of East Anglia and is operated as agent for the separate harbour authority; Dublin container services are under concession, rather than ownership of all Dublin Port. Liverpool2 operating ventures were each 50% group-owned at 31 March 2025, not 50% of the entire Port of Liverpool. CMAL completed the purchase of Ardrossan Harbour assets from Peel Ports on 18 March 2026; the earlier accounts' Ardrossan subsidiary listing does not establish current ownership of those assets. The asset sale does not itself establish transfer of the old legal company's shares. These ownership updates preserve the previous dated tax observations and do not infer tax residence or avoidance from holding-company incorporation. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
