About this investor
Infracapital is M&G's infrastructure investment business. The selected relationships include WightFibre, Fibrus, Evero and the shared majority investment in Zenobē. [1][2][3][4]
These are selected investments, rather than a complete portfolio or shareholder register. Fund investments and client assets have separate ownership from the investment manager's corporate balance sheet. Each holding retains its evidence date and individual or shared investment scope. Evero's more-than-50%-but-less-than-75% figure is a named vehicle's voting-rights band, not an exact equity percentage. Broadband funding and government support do not by themselves establish government company ownership. [5][6]
Each card names the entity invested in. Linked companies and brands can sit below that entity. Stakes use the source’s definition and date; disclosures are selected and do not give a complete portfolio or investor register. Read the investor methodology.

Controlling interest; current economic percentage not supplied
Completed acquisition confirmed ·
The initial announcement was an agreement for a controlling interest. M&G's November 2020 release confirms acquisition in May 2020, and the current portfolio retains Fibrus. Neither the control disclosure nor the subsequent funding establishes an exact economic percentage or 100% corporate ownership by M&G.
