About this investor

CVC's selected investments here include the tea business behind PG tips, Pukka and T2, Medivet, Authentic Brands Group, Hargreaves Lansdown, Exolum and sports commercial interests through Global Sport Group. [1][2][3][4][5][6]

These are selected investments, rather than a complete portfolio or legal parent register. A fund, its investors, an acquisition vehicle and the manager's own corporate ownership can be different relationships. Each card retains the date and individual or collective stake definition. The tea acquisition excludes specified markets and the Pepsi Lipton ready-to-drink JV. Authentic's brand IP is distinct from licensees and retailers. Sports interests concern league or commercial entities, rather than ownership of every club or national team. [7][8][6]

Each card names the entity invested in. Linked companies and brands can sit below that entity. Stakes use the source’s definition and date; disclosures are selected and do not give a complete portfolio or investor register. Read the investor methodology.

Exolum Corporation, S.A.

24.84% capital · 25% voting rights

Ownership evidence checked ·

The company attributes two 9.93% capital / 10% voting interests to KKR through MEIF 5 Rey Holdings and Ocaso CSXM Spain. CVC holds 24.84% capital / 25% votes through Servet Investments. These are separate minority investments; the retained MEIF name does not establish current Macquarie ownership. Economic capital and voting rights are distinct.

International Schools Partnership school platform

Minority investment; current individual allocation not reconciled

Ownership evidence checked ·

The company report identifies OMERS, CVC and Qatar Investment Authority alongside Partners Group. It confirms CVC and QIA joined in 2025. An earlier announcement described a 20% CVC transaction, but the later report also names QIA: their present individual allocation is not reconciled here. Partners Group retains majority ownership on behalf of clients; school counts and fund NAV are not company equity percentages.

LIPTON Teas and Infusions · acquired ekaterra business

CVC Fund VIII ownership; exact percentage not supplied

Ownership evidence checked ·

The company confirms completion on 1 July 2022. The transaction excluded Unilever’s tea businesses in India, Indonesia and Nepal and the Pepsi Lipton ready-to-drink joint venture. Those market and product exclusions remain part of the ownership claim; it does not establish ownership of all Lipton worldwide.

Ownership evidence checked ·

CVC-advised funds invested alongside August Equity and later LGT-led institutional investors. Medivet also describes branch-partner co-ownership. The 2021 majority disclosure does not establish 100% ownership of the group or of each clinic; the exact current shareholder percentages are not reconciled.

Former holdings & portfolio changes
  • Domestic & General

Asurion completed its acquisition on 8 October 2026. Domestic & General is a former CVC investment as of this review. Its retailer and appliance partnerships do not establish ownership of the partner brands. [9]

  • Equine Network

The Global Sport Group announcement is an agreement to acquire control. Completion is not established; it is separate from the already-held league interests. [6]

  • RAC

The 2021 primary announcement identifies CVC Strategic Opportunities I alongside GIC and incoming Silver Lake. Reports of further investor talks in September 2026 are not treated as a completed change. Current individual stakes need refreshed primary evidence. [10][11]

  • Moto

USS reported a 40% sale to CVC-advised funds in December 2015. That historical percentage is not presented as a freshly verified 2026 stake. Motorway-service franchises have separate worldwide brand owners. [12]

  • Away Resorts / Stock Spirits

CVC disclosed an Away Resorts investment in 2021 and completed the Stock Spirits acquisition on 29 November 2021. These dated records need refreshed ownership and brand evidence before current numerical stakes are assigned. [13][14]
