Who owns Tŷ Nant?
Private · registered corporate and individual share control [1]
Government records identify Derby Bar Limited trading as Ty Nant Water. Since March 2026 Tynant Holding Ltd has a band of 75% or more operator shares/votes. Its controllers Raminder Singh Sidhu and Paramjit Kaur Sidhu have respective >50%<75% and >25%≤50% share/vote bands; these are not an exact combined cap table. Strathmore and the Forfar site were bought from AG Barr in July 2025; Decantae/Fonthill were acquired in November 2024 and Llanllyr Source in late 2023. The dissolved legacy Ty Nant Spring Water company and a newer dormant same-name company are not substituted for the verified trading entity. Bethania is a verified operating base, not an independently established headquarters. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
