D&M was wholly owned by Mark Mateschitz; TC Agro had ten Thai shareholders and no Chalerm/TC Agro voting pact was recorded. The current register instead lists D&M, TC Agro and FIDES Trustees SA, entered 31 May 2025. FIDES' beneficiary, current exact percentages and voting arrangements are not verified. A personal 51% Chalerm ownership/control claim is not supported. The Thai TCP/Krating Daeng portfolio is not automatically merged into the Austrian company. [1][2][3][4][5]
