    Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. [1]

    As reported · 12 Oct 2026

The listed group has owned, licensed and partner brands. Its 2025 filing says trademark/formula and production/distribution rights for some drinks outside the US, Canada and Mexico are owned by third parties, including Coca-Cola. North American 7UP and Schweppes rights are not applied to Britain. The JDE Peet's acquisition began completing in April 2026; the subsequent coffee/beverage separation remained planned in the 1 October announcement. A future corporate name is not treated as the current owner. The complete current shareholder register is outside this review. [1][2][3][4]
