Heineken owns British beer brands including John Smith's, Newcastle Brown Ale, Beavertown and Brixton, alongside its international lager brands. [1][2][3][4][5][6]
Beavertown became wholly Heineken-owned on 7 September 2022, after a minority investment in 2018; Brixton was fully acquired in 2021. Heineken Holding N.V. is a higher listed layer whose complete voting-control structure has not been reviewed here. Foster's rights differ by territory: this portfolio describes the UK/European business. Greene King/Belhaven's production of Caledonian beers is licensed, not proof of brand ownership. Headquarters, incorporation and tax residence describe different things. A headquarters address does not tell you where all of a company’s tax is paid.
