Who owns Britvic / Carlsberg Britvic soft drinks?
Wholly owned soft drinks business · listed Carlsberg parent [1]
Carlsberg's Britvic acquisition completed on 16 January 2025 through Carlsberg UK Holdings Limited. Carlsberg Britvic is a trading name encompassing multiple legal companies, rather than a new single brand owner. Pepsi, 7UP, Mountain Dew, Rockstar and Gatorade are licensed PepsiCo brands; Lipton is made/sold for Pepsi Lipton International. Those arrangements do not transfer global trademark ownership. Heritage brand subsidiaries and current exact product licences are not all independently reconciled. Carlsberg's separate beer profile is retained. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
